Each person who will be living in the apartment must complete an application and provide a $20 screening fee. This fee is non refundable. We encourage each applicant to review our screening criteria prior to remitting a screening fee.

For applications submitted via email or fax, we will establish your place in the application queue and begin screening, but will not run your credit report or consider your application complete until we receive your screening fee. If we do not receive it within 3 days, you will lose your place in the queue.
If we fill the vacancy prior to screening your application, we will contact you to arrange return of your application fee.
