3812-3818 N. Borthwick (The Fred)

The basement of The Fred is spacious enough to allow each apartment a bit of storage for boxes, bikes and gear. We provide laundry facilities: a newer, front-loading, coin-operated washer and dryer and a laundry folding table. Each apartment has interior access to the basement either directly (3812) or via the back stairway. There is also outside access to the basement for bringing in wet bikes or pets or people.
