We love the Craftsman era details in The Fred. The period millwork is a highlight: wide baseboards with Craftsman base cap, crown moulding over the windows and doors, and functional picture-hanger moulding throughout. Between the front room and living room are the original pocket doors. Close these doors and this room can make a fully functional bedroom (it even has a closet). The open door is to the private front balcony. Dimensions: 13'10" by 11'6".
