The huge downstairs bonus room almost doubles the living space of the apartment. Floor coverings are carpeting with a tile border; lighting is recessed with dimmers. Although there is no closet and it is not one techically, we've had renters choose to set up this space as a bedroom. Or how about a hobby room, TV room, home gym, all of the above? It is big enough... 25' long by 10'8" wide at one end and 17' wide at the other.
