1402 SE 30th Ave. (The Betty)

Just off of the kitchen sits the laundry room. At 8' by 12' there's plenty of room for laundy, storage, even a dog's crate or cat's liter box. Although the floor is admittedly a little tired in spots, we can't bring ourselves to replace the cool old (1930's?) linoleum. And yep, that's a washer and dryer right in the apartment.
