The roomy kitchen (10' by 14') looks out into a grand old magnolia tree. When that tree blooms... well, it's just spectacular. There's a generous amount of space on the 'L' shaped laminate counter. The appliances are: fridge, electric range and a portable dishwasher. There's a ready-made space for kitchen table and chairs too. Look closely at the trim over the sink and you'll notice it curved. Throughout, the original door and window trim is milled with this graceful curve, a wonderful detail we've only seen in this building. There is also picture-hanger moulding throughout the apartment.
