The large kitchen overlooks the side patio and is shaded by a grand old magnolia tree. You'll find a long run of white and blue tile counters and a deep sink. We purchased the gas range and Kitchen Aide fridge (with ice and filtered water dispenser in the door) for ourselves when we lived here, so they're much nicer than you'll usually see in a rental. And, yes, there is a dishwasher. Generous cabinet space, hooks for your pot rack and an immmense pantry (not shown) make for ample storage. There's plenty of room for a table and chairs (we had room for our huge butcher block). The halogen overhead light and undercabinet lights are on dimmers.
