1400 SE 30th Ave. (The Betty)

The dining room is home to the apartment's generous built-ins. Approximately 2' deep and 8' high with three large drawers, you'll be hard pressed to fill them. In fact, the cabinet to the left contains a coat closet. The lovely benches under the wall of windows open for even more storage. The chandelier was a real dilemma. We hate to remove anything original (and it is), but wow was it ugly. In a moment of inspiration that may or may not have involved beer, we struck upon our solution. The chandelier is now... well, um... purple (with silver "candles" and dozens of glass prisms).
