1400 SE 30th Ave. (The Betty)

This bedroom features refinished fir floors and a fantastic paint color (this amazing green that changes colors as the light changes) (as you can see from these photos). I still miss the giant closet and closet organizer with built-in dresser that we put in when we lived here. This room is the only in the apartment with less than 9' ceilings. The door shown below opens from this room to the private back deck and yard.
